On August 21, the Springs corporate headquarters was transformed into a circus tent for the first annual Springs Family Day, hosted by Springs Family Network Employee Resource Group. Families were greeted in the lobby by a bubble performance before parents and children made their way through meeting rooms converted into activity stations, including a slime lab, friendship bracelet making, face painting, a cake walk, balloon animals, and an egg drop in the engineering department. Along the way, guests snacked on popcorn, snow cones, and cotton candy, then had lunch in the training room. After lunch, CEO Jason Bingham greeted everyone before introducing a big top performance featuring spectacular yo-yo, juggling, and German wheel performances.
